FM_SYS / VIDEO ● NEW OFFER FOR HEALTH PRACTITIONERS

One conversation. A library of talking-head videos.

We get on a video call and I interview you for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. You leave with 15 to 60 edited, captioned, ready-to-post videos that look like you were featured on a show. Your time on this, start to finish: under three hours, and that is the longest option.

FM / INTELLIGENCE 001

The practitioners with the best video content are rarely the most comfortable on camera. They have someone asking the questions.

01 / The Problem FM_SYS / 002 · OBSERVED ON DISCOVERY CALLS

A 90-second video should not take an hour.

Here is how it usually goes. You block time to film. You hit record. You restart because the first line came out wrong. You restart again. Forty minutes in, there is one take you could live with, and you still are not sure it should go out.

Then there is the editing, which either eats another hour or does not happen. So the video sits in your camera roll and the feed stays quiet. Meanwhile the practitioners you compare yourself to look like they are on a show every week.

02 / Why Video At All FM_SYS / 002B · NINE YEARS OF WATCHING FEEDS

Patients choose a person before they choose a protocol.

A feed full of graphics tells people what you do. A video of you talking tells them who you are, and that is the thing a patient is actually deciding on before they book.

I have watched this for nine years. Put two practitioner pages side by side, same specialty, same quality of content: the one where the practitioner shows up on video converts better. Time and time again. Patients book the practitioner they feel like they have already met.

03 / How It Works FM_SYS / 003 · ANALYSIS MODE

It feels like a conversation, because it is one.

We get on a normal video call, I hit record, and I ask you questions. You answer. We keep going. Nobody is waiting for the perfect first line, because none of the pauses make it into the final videos.

STEP / 01 Intake form

You tell me the topics you want covered, who you want watching, and the things you are tired of explaining in the room. This is what I build the interview around.

Your time
15 to 30 min
STEP / 02 Setup call

A short call to check your space, lighting and audio, and to walk you through how the session runs. By the time we record there is nothing left to figure out and you already know me.

Your time
15 min
STEP / 03 The interview

A recorded video call, both of us on camera. No script. No restarts. You answer questions about your own work the way you would explain it to a patient.

Your time
30 / 60 / 90 min
STEP / 04 Edit and delivery

I cut the conversation into 30-second to 2-minute videos, remove the ums, the pauses and the tangents, and add captions to every one. You get the library plus an index that tells you which videos cover which topics.

The package gets built on the call.

There are a lot of ways to put this together, so the details get decided with you. What the length of the conversation decides is the size of your library. Here is roughly what each one produces.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY LIBRARY · THE INDEX

Every video, tagged by topic, so you can find it later.

A library is only useful if you can find things in it. Alongside the videos you get an index: each one numbered and tagged with the topics it covers. Six months from now, when you wonder whether you have anything on menopause, you look it up and see that videos 3, 10 and 27 mention it.

FM / INTELLIGENCE 002

Someone talking to a camera is content. Someone being interviewed is a feature. Same practitioner, different authority.

05 / The Authority Effect FM_SYS / 005 · HOW IT READS TO A PATIENT

It looks like you were on a show.

Because the videos come from a real interview, they read differently in the feed. There is a second voice asking the question. You are answering, the way an expert answers, and the viewer is listening in. That framing does a lot of work: it looks like someone thought you were worth interviewing, and that is the impression that sticks, whether or not they ever find out who was asking.

It also looks less like a phone propped against a stack of books and less like something a tool generated. It looks like a person who knows their subject, talking.

FM / NOTE · ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE DOING YOUR CONTENT?

This works as an add-on to whoever is already running your social media.

The person managing your content still needs you on camera, and that is usually where things stall. With this, they get a folder of finished, captioned videos to schedule instead of chasing you for footage every week. You stay out of the perfectionist loop. They stay on schedule.

06 / Why An Interview FM_SYS / 006 · NINE YEARS OF DEEP DIVES

Your best lines show up when someone asks you the right question.

When I ran social media for practitioners, every engagement started with a three-hour deep dive. Those calls were the most useful hours in the whole contract. Every practitioner has a handful of ways of explaining their work that no strategist could write for them, and they only come out in conversation.

Some of those calls got emotional. Practitioners told me it was the first time they felt properly heard about their own work. This offer is that conversation, recorded, with the editing handled.
