Most practitioners answer that by posting more. (I get it. It's the part you can see, and it makes you feel productive.)
But posting more won't fix an inbox that stays quiet for weeks. Or the call that goes great... they nod along, they say they'll think about it, and you never hear from them again.
Somewhere between "I'm interested" and "I'm a patient," your marketing is leaking. This checklist shows you WHICH part, so you fix that one first.

You wouldn't treat a symptom without finding the cause. Same here. Score your practice, find the leak, then work on that layer and nothing else for 30 days.
70 yes / partly / no questions, ten per layer. Each layer gets a score from 0 to 20.
Triage every layer into Treat, Monitor or Stable. Your lowest score is your leak, and it's where you start. Barely getting any inquiries? There's a separate route for that, starting with making you easier to find.
Each one has why it matters, how to do it, how long it takes, and a before and after box so you can see if it worked.
The numbers I check first in any practice, with a page to fill in your own and compare.
Type straight into it on your computer, or print it and grab a pen. Then track what changes over the next 12 weeks.

The checklist gives you the benchmark for each one, and what to do when you're under it. (not knowing a number is a finding too)
Say you book 10 discovery calls a month and 2 of them become patients. You're probably thinking you need more leads.
Fix the leak between booking and saying yes, and those same 10 calls can turn into 4 patients. With a $2,500 program, that's $60,000 a year. Nobody posted more. Nobody bought ads.
The checklist shows you where your calls are slipping, and the math page lets you run it with your own numbers.
Example numbers to show the math, not a promise. Results vary.
Download it, take the quiz, and you'll know which layer to work on first. The fixes tell you what to do about it.

Hi, I'm Melanie. Before I ever touched marketing, I ran a clinic. I was responsible for everything but being the doctor: the marketing, the patient calls, the health coaching, the education groups. Every patient question came to me first, and I answered about 80% of them before they ever reached the doctor.
So I know what happens between "I'm interested" and "I'm a patient." I watched it happen from inside the clinic.
Since 2017 I've worked with 1,100+ health practitioners on their marketing. This checklist is how I look at a practice, layer by layer.
